Product Features

The production process of the annual output of 50,000 tons of wire rod rolling mill production line (10T/H production line) can be divided into 4 parts:

1. Scrap Melting: Related equipment: Transformer, Melting furnace, Cooling tower, Steel ladle, etc. Melting furnace suggest 3 or 4 sets of furnace working in turn, to provide steel liquid continuously;

2. Billet Casting: Steel ladle transfer steel liquid into CCM casting billet, cut the billet into a fixed length, then cut the cold front part of the billet.

3. Rebar Rolling: Feeding hot billet into the hot rolling mill and processing rebar, suggest billet temperature over 1200 degrees.

4. Packing: Finished rebar on the cooling bed, then cut to a fixed length, packing.
