The quadruple irreversible aluminum cold rolling mill uses aluminum cast rolled coils or hot rolled
coils as billets, rebar rolling benefits,and after multiple rolling passes, rolls out finished coils. This rolling mill machine is used to to process the sheet material and aluminum foil production. The rolling range of this machine is pure aluminum and aluminum alloy with incoming material thickness of 7-8mm and finished product thickness of 0.2mm.

This rolling mill has an advanced thickness automatic control system AGC; and has perfect plate shape control
means, which can provide multiple control methods such as roll tilting, positive and negative bending roll control of working rolls, and segmented cooling of rolls, so as to optimize the thickness accuracy and plate shape accuracy of the rolled products; the rolling mill is highly automated, and uses PLC (programmable controller) for digital logic operations, parameter setting, and automatic process control. In addition, this rolling mill is also equipped with various perfect auxiliary systems, such as accurate strip automatic centering system, safe and reliable CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system, lubrication system, dry air purge device, smoke recovery device, etc., which provide reliable guarantee for the production of excellent products.
