Main structure
The shear body is welded with high-strength steel structure and has good rigidity and stability.
Equipped with upper and lower shear blades, installed between the slider and the frame for shearing operations.
Transmission mechanism
Adopts crank-connecting rod-slider mechanism, with compact structure and smooth movement.
The crank is driven by an electric motor and connected to the reducer through a pulley or coupling to achieve shearing action.
Motor and reduction device
The motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor equipped with a high-efficiency reduction box.
