Product Structure

The wire laying machine is an important equipment used in wire rolling or coil production lines to make hot-rolled wires neatly and continuously lay out wires into coils. The main structural components are as follows:
Spindle part
The spindle is a high-strength steel shaft body processed as a whole, supported on the frame by bearings to ensure smooth rotation.
The end is connected to a rotating disk or a wire guide disk.
The rotating disk/wire guide disk
is used to guide the wire to rotate at high speed, and the disk surface is provided with a guide groove or a direction adjustment mechanism. It is made of highly wear-resistant materials.
Transmission system
Generally, the flywheel is driven by a motor, connected to the spindle through a belt or a coupling, and drives the rotation to lay out wires.
A reducer and a frequency conversion control system can be configured to adjust the laying speed.
The frame structure adopts channel steel or welded steel structure, which has good stability and seismic resistance.
It can be installed on the ground or on a platform.
