LYJD Gantry Shears

LYJD Gantry Shear is a high-power hydraulic shearing equipment designed for industrial metal shearing. It is suitable for longitudinal shearing or cut-to-length shearing of hot or cold metal materials such as billets, bars, angle steels, flat steels, etc. The equipment achieves strong shearing through hydraulic drive and has the advantages of high shearing accuracy, stable structure, and wide application range. The products are widely used in steel rolling mills, metal forging plants, steel trading companies, scrap steel processing stations, etc.

The gantry shear is mainly composed of the following core components:
Frame body (gantry structure)
Adopts high-strength steel plate integral welded structure, with a typical “gate” shape design, strong stability and high rigidity.
Reinforcement ribs are arranged on both sides of the frame to enhance the overall torsion and compression resistance, suitable for large-tonnage shearing operations.
Shearing tool holder system
Equipped with upper and lower knives, the blades are high-strength alloy tool steel, with good wear resistance and impact resistance.
The upper and lower guides of the tool holder are precisely processed to ensure a smooth and centered shearing process, and the shearing surface is neat and burr-free.
Hydraulic system
Equipped with a high-power hydraulic cylinder, driven by a high-pressure oil pump to achieve the up and down movement of the scissors.
The hydraulic control components adopt well-known domestic and foreign brands, with stable operation, precise control and rapid response.
Electrical control system
Optional button control, foot control or PLC automatic control, with emergency stop, fault indication and other functions.
The electrical control box is neatly wired, easy to operate, and supports customized remote control.
Cooling and lubrication system
The hydraulic oil temperature control device (air cooling or water cooling) ensures that the system remains stable during long-term operation.
Lubrication filling points are set at key locations for easy maintenance.
