Product Structure

The mill tail plate (also called tail collecting plate guide groove or tail end guide plate) is mainly used for the tail collection and conveying link of high-speed wire or bar rolling line. Its main structure consists of the following parts:
Guide rail
It is composed of multiple arc structures welded together, forming a curved or circular track, which is used to guide the tail of the wire to move forward stably.
Base platform
The high-strength steel plate welded base carries the guide rail system and is firmly installed.
Side guide plate/reinforcement rib
Enhance the overall structural strength to prevent the wire from flying out of the track during high-speed movement.
Connection flange/bolt hole
It is convenient for connection and installation with other equipment (such as cooling bed, collection table, conveyor belt).
